Partnered with American Express Global Engineering to design, brand, and develop a next-generation Engineering Bootcamp and onboarding experience. This comprehensive program was designed to equip new engineers with both technical knowledge and cultural fluency, ensuring they could quickly integrate into Amex’s global technology environment.

The project began with a deep-dive consultation and needs assessment, analyzing both industry best practices and internal knowledge gaps. From there, my team and I developed a multi-modal learning ecosystem that included:

Self-paced Courses & Learning Pathways
Internal Wiki Development & Knowledge Guides
Skills Assessments
Gamified Learning Experiences

All elements were branded and designed to feel cohesive and aligned with Amex’s engineering culture, blending technical rigor with engagement-driven storytelling. The gamification layer added a competitive and collaborative edge, reinforcing learning outcomes while fostering team connection across global offices.

This bootcamp became a key element of Amex’s engineering talent strategy, helping accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires while reinforcing a culture of continuous learning.
