Designed, branded, and developed a modernized learning ecosystem that reimagined how legal training and compliance education were delivered across the company. This comprehensive program ensured teams across Facebook had timely, accessible, and engaging legal guidance embedded directly into their day-to-day workflows.
Key components included:
Branded Legal Onboarding & Learning Pathways tailored for new hires, managers, and teams with legal responsibilities.
Multi-Modal Learning including VILT sessions, online courses, and social learning experiences to drive knowledge sharing and real-time collaboration.
Legal Learning Chatbot—a first-of-its-kind tool integrated directly into workplace groups, providing on-demand legal answers, learning nudges, and curated resources when and where employees needed them.
Legal Video Refresher Campaign—a concise, impactful video distributed company-wide in alignment with COO and VP of Legal communications, reinforcing critical legal updates and priorities.
This end-to-end approach blended brand storytelling, behaviorally-informed learning design, and smart technology integration, creating a learning experience that felt less like “training” and more like part of Facebook’s culture of transparency, responsibility, and innovation.
