Designed, branded, and developed a comprehensive Partner Enablement Program—a scalable learning ecosystem built to onboard, train, and certify external partners, developers, and commerce consultants across the globe. This included creating tailored experiences for large consulting firms like Deloitte and Accenture, as well as mid-sized agencies, independent developers, and large enterprise merchants.

The work extended beyond traditional corporate training, with specialized programs developed for:

Government of Canada – Workforce development curriculum focused on digital commerce skills.
Australian Universities & Commerce Partners – Commerce certification programs to bridge academia and industry needs.
Courses ranged from highly technical content (API development, platform architecture) to design, feature integration, omnichannel marketing, and commerce strategy—ensuring partners had both technical fluency and business acumen to drive Shopify adoption.
To support these programs, designed a new external learning brand and implemented a modern LMS, complete with enhanced learning analytics to track partner performance and engagement across touchpoints.
This end-to-end learning and enablement solution empowered Shopify to scale its global partner network, ensuring partners could effectively sell, build on, and optimize the Shopify platform-accelerating commerce innovation worldwide.
