Designed, branded, and developed a comprehensive onboarding and learning program to support internal teams across global operations, content moderation, policy, legal, engineering, product, and beyond. The goal was to ensure these critical teams were equipped with the knowledge, skills, and collaborative capabilities needed to navigate Facebook’s complex operational landscape.

The program leveraged a multi-modality learning experience designed to engage learners across different learning styles and functional roles. Key elements included:

Branded Onboarding & Learning Experience
Online Courses covering foundational and role-specific content
Simulations & Scenario-Based Activities to mimic real-world challenges
Team Projects & Social Learning Activities to foster collaboration
Virtual Instructor-Led Trainings (VILT) for live, interactive sessions
Formal Assessments & Performance Surveys to measure learning outcomes and program efficacy

To ensure continuous improvement, the program was supported by robust reporting and analytics, providing data-driven insights into learner progress, knowledge retention, and skill development across regions and roles.

This end-to-end program not only improved time-to-productivity for new team members, but also fostered a more connected and aligned global workforce—one capable of navigating evolving policies, tools, and operational challenges at scale.
